Too tired to write anything new, and I only have a few minutes on my break, so here are some comments I left on other peoples' blogs recently:

To me Christmas has become the ultimate exercise in existential futility. I roll that rock up the hill, hoping I get to the top and find wonderful inner happiness, but instead the rock rolls back down the hill and I start all over again.

From Bicyclemark:

I find it incredibly hard to pick any side any more when it comes to events far, far away from home. I like to think I know the players well enough to know who the heroes and villians are, but more often than not both sides are a little of both.

Sometimes I fall into Baron Munchausen's explanation for all his stories that no one believed: "Vas you dere?" If I'm not heavily involved, it's hard to for me to judge.

And of course my personal favorite that I left on XTX's a while back:
